With incredible thanks to you, here are the results of our November Band Fundraiser to create a band budget for the calendar year of 2018:

COOKIE DOUGH (annual fundraiser)

Total units sold: 963

Total Sales Dollars – $16,371

*Band Profit (40%): $6548.40

Internet Total Dollars: $ 1291.50

*Internet Gross Profit: $ 516.60

 

TOTAL PROFIT FROM OTIS SPUNKMEYER: $7,065 (up from last year)

 

 

BUCKS FOR BAND (tiered band donation program)

Total Donations = $2,640 (down from last year)

 

 

GRAND TOTAL PROFIT FOR CREATION OF

BAND BUDGET (assuming all checks clear):

 

$9,705!

Remember, Bucks for Band is open all year! Perhaps there are still donors out there who can help us reach our goal of $10,000 before the end of the year? Fingers crossed!

Special Note: As you know, fundraisers are voluntary and never mandatory. Many families may not be able to donate money or buy cookie dough as things may be very tight for them right now.  With that being said, perhaps parents who were unable to help with the fundraiser could donate their time helping the band during the school day or at band events? This would be most welcome, especially for those who use district-owned instruments but were unable to participate in the fundraiser. Time is precious and will not be taken for granted. Thank you for your consideration of this request to those who were unable to participate in a monetary way.
